- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear.
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placement, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- We do not offer refunds for original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
